The Fresh Ground Back Story

In 1999, Scott Herring hired Patrick Quinn at a web 1.0 company called fresh ground software. A couple years later, Patrick left to start Webapper…and included Scott in strategy. That partnership has been shipping software together ever since: through Webapper's launch in 2001, and across 25 years of client work spanning 1,000+ companies, 22 industries, and 600+ completed projects.

Fresh Ground Solutions is that same team, under a name that fits where the work has gone. Fresh, because AI changed what's possible. Ground(ed), because two and a half decades of judgment decide what's worth building.
